Gretna Post Prom Craft Fair

Nebraska Book Fair
Remember the book fairs of our youth? Wouldn’t it be fun to visit one again? I’m excited to be a part of this one in Grand Island, NE. There will be multiple vendors there all related to books in some way. Don’t miss my in-person read-aloud while you are there!
Glenwood, IA Public Library - Storytime
I will be reading one of my stories at a public storytime at the library as part of Glenwood’s summer series. If you would like to join in on the fun, the event is free. I will have giveaways and books available for purchase.

The past couple of years, I have been a part of the Holiday Boutique in Overland Park. I hope to be able to be a part of the one in Omaha this year, but I will update this event as it gets closer. However, save the date because there are always so many fun vendors to check out.

Holiday Storytime
Join children’s author Katie Marie for a magical Ella Bella and the Magic Holiday Headband storytime at Story Collective in downtown St. Joseph, MO on December 20th at 11 AM. Enjoy a cozy holiday reading, shop signed books and matching headbands, and bring a food donation to receive a free set of positive affirmation cards!
Omaha BookFest
Mark this event on your calendar! BookFest Omaha will host a variety of local authors and craft vendors. This is the perfect festival to complete your holiday shopping, with truly special products created by local writers and crafters: affordable gifts that can be personalized for your loved one.
Boozy Book Fair
I will be a vendor at the Boozy Book Fair this year. Come view multiple vendors (all book-related booths). This is a great event for you and your friends to have a glass of wine and view different book-related items. This will be my first vendor set-up in 2025. I can’t wait to see you there!
T-Rex and Tuck Explore the Kitchen Book Launch
Don’t miss this amazing event at Busy Bean Play Cafe. We will be celebrating the launch of BOOK 3, T-Rex and Tuck Explore the Kitchen. Big Mouth Bakery will be helping us celebrate with character sugar cookies to decorate. You will receive a character apron with your purchase of time slot tickets and will have the option to purchase book 3. Holiday Boutique
This is an event you won’t want to miss! Get all of your holiday shopping done in one place during the Holiday Boutique! This is the biggest event I have been a part of as an author and I can’t wait to meet all the amazing people. I will have pre-wrapped gifts available as well as never before seen merchandise and a third book release! Octoberfest
Enjoy a fun-filled day with vendor booths. There are Fall goodies of all types and Atchison is such a cute river town, you don’t want to miss this event for the whole family. I will be signing books and selling different character merch!
Zona Rosa Storytime
I am super excited to announce this storytime! I will be reading T-Rex and Tuck Explore the Zoo at the coffee and play summer series that is held on Thursday mornings at Zona Rosa. Bring the kiddos for a fun time. They can listen to the story and then play at the wonderful park located in the same area. I will be available for book signing and there will be books and merchandise for sale as well.
Mama and Me Children's Boutique Storytime and Activity
I can’t wait to return to the cutest children’s boutique in Liberty, Missouri. The first local boutique to take a chance on T-Rex and Tuck Explore the Zoo and the first storytime outside of a classroom! I will be reading BOOK 2, T-Rex and Tuck Explore Outer Space! More details are to come soon but keep an eye out for updates on the final date and time. Tentatively scheduled for the 3rd week in June. I will do a read-aloud and book signing and there will be an activity as well! Don’t miss it.
Parents as Teachers Event
Excited for the opportunity to read to the families that are a part of the Parents as Teachers Program in Platte County. If you are part of the program, contact your Parents as Teacher’s teacher for more information!
Meet the Author Book Signing
I couldn’t be more excited about this event! Mama and Me Children’s Boutique will now be selling T-Rex and Tuck Explore the Zoo in their store and have graciously decided to host this event to celebrate. Join me for a story read aloud with giveaways and prizes! You’ll have the option to purchase the book and have it signed as well! Don’t forget to bring the kiddos so they can join in on the fun! Can’t wait to see you there!
OctoberFest
I will have a booth set up at the Atchison, KS Octoberfest on Saturday October 1, 2022. The event starts at 9:00am and ends at 5:00pm. This is a one day only event so make sure to come visit the booth to purchase your own signed copy and walk away with some of your very own T-Rex and Tuck goodies.
Positive affirmations
I truly believe that we can empower the future by helping them believe in themselves! At the end of every in person event, I ask the kids to stand with me and repeat these words and follow my actions. The power of positive affirmations is real…take a minute and say these powerful statements with your kids or students!
